Printed in the footer of every page of a ZeroAuthority report. Spaces, dashes and letter case do not matter.

Attach the file you were given to confirm it is byte-for-byte the one we issued. It is checked in memory and never stored.

How verification works

When a report is created we record its code, type, who generated it, the exact time, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the finished file. That is all we keep. The report's title, text, findings and evidence are never stored in the verification record, so the result below cannot reveal them.

If a code is not found, no document with that code was ever issued by ZeroAuthority. If you attach the PDF and the fingerprint differs, the file was changed after it was issued.
